Labor APPROVED ! June 2002 CA RIR EB3

Hi All,

I am happy to share the good news with you all that
my LABOR got approved.My employer received the FINAL DETERMINATION letter dated July 19,2006.The ETA 750 is not enclosed.Myself and my lawyer
has been CCed on it.

Approval Date is July 19,2006.Rest of my details are in my signature.

This forum has been tremendously supportive and encouraging to me in my lonad and frustating(4 years and 1 month) wait for Labor certification.I thank everybody in this forum for their support !

Congrats. This is wonderful news that CA too like other states is moving ahead. I need to know your pd date and whether you were aware that yours was going to be cleared shortly, meaning whether you called the 202 # or asked your attorney for a case status.

my labor got approved on aug1,2006 from PBEC. Yesterday on Aug 11,2006, my lawyer called me over the phone.
pd: march 25,2003, RIR, EB3,CA,regional, P-04299-xxxxx.

This forum has been awesome. Giving me information and hope when it never existed.
I received letter today that my labor has been approved.
Details are:

EB3, Filed in CA, Philadelphia Backlog Center
priority date 04/03/03
45-day letter received 02/10/05
45-day letter replied 02/14/05

This is the best news we have heard in the longest time. CA moves on.
Just one question before u move on. Did u ever check with the PBEC Office for a case update or anything, or did this just come as a surprise.

Finally...

I doubted the 202 number accuracy.
About two month ago, lawyer contacted that number. They said a NOF will be issued shortly.

However we got the approval letter on 8/21/2006.

Guys,

Just thought I will update the forum about 202 number call.

My HR manager called the 202 number this morning. She had called the same number 2 months earlier also. This time the gentleman said "Nothing has happened in this 2 months, so there is no change in Status". When my HR manager said she would call in next 30 days, then the gentleman there said, I will probably have some update for you then. I have reset my waiting clock again.

Well, I got an email from my attorney with the news of my LCA approval after long and painful 4 years and 20 days.

The email was sent on Monday but I saw it only today, since I did not have access to my emails for last two days.

All I can say is I am happy and excited that I am out of first piece of shit.

May God Bless everyone here and help them get their's ASAP.

I don't wish to encourage anyone here, but I got too superstitious in the last two months and went underground (silent), because that was the only resort left. At the same time I started sending letters and emails and also called few people and asked my Company and Attorney to follow-up with PBEC with letters and finally got saw the result.

So please do not be silent, just talking in the forum is not enough, but do it practically.

Thank you everyone for your contributions to this forum.

Let's see what is in store for 1-140, since I am EB3, I have long way to go.

Good News

I got an email from my employer saying
"The Department of Labor sent a notice dated August 16 and received today that it has made a final determination on your application for employment certification, and it has been certified and approved"

Still my company lawyer is awaiting for certified LC.
