You're probably barking at the wrong tree. Its election year and no politician or public official would want to be messing with Immigration agenda on their hands. Did you not see that they left the illegal/legal immigration reform aside and passed the "immigration enforcement bill" only approving that freaking triple dog fence along the mexico border ? Sleek politicians on the capital beltway.
Fax directly at (484) 270-1600 and address it to "Barbara Shelly". Be short and to the point. Specify politely that you want them to look at your case and adjudicate it. Its NOT going to help if you express frustration and write a long letter - you loose context/traction in your letter. FAX IT TWICE/THRICE EVERY WEEK. Do not give up. You want the letter to be read within 30secs. They know why you are faxing - all they need is the `meat` out of your fax (like your case details, etc) and none of the other BS of your frustration from the letter. You have to speak their language.
I understand and respect the stemming frustration this whole process has generated and can sense it from your posts - but the key is to take the emotion out of this process and understand that you are up against a monster giant PBEC and all you can do is try and persist. I remember thinking to myself, after every fax - "I hope this fax catches someone's eye and does the magic", but then later after some days I had given the hope of expecting something and then I just used to send things blindly without much hope of results. And I guess "trying" and "persisting" is probably all you can do. But the good news now is, that PBEC has been little more responsive now. There is a very good chance that they will respond.
And here's something more. Let's say you've tried all that in March/April or whenever earlier. But guess what, they probably ignored it completely then. Someone took all those fax papers and shredded it then. Don't let your history affect your actions. Its only YOU know that you've tried it and failed. BUT if you look at it from PBEC's shoes, they haven't seen your fax. So, the idea is to hit them with repeated messages. Its really a numbers game. You never know which one of your fax will work. All you need is ONE golden strike and someone will look at your file. Hopefully, they will be attentive now and start taking some action to faxes this time. And I know that they do look at these things, otherwise I would not have accomplished it in all these stages.
