I just heard from our HR that we received more than 20 approvals in last week and ..... they are all from 2004. As hse said: those left in 2002 and 2003 are very quiet"

I know atleast 15-20 in my firm (Fortune 100) from New York who applied in 2001-2002 date range are waiting for the approval.!! Mostly in EB2.

My labor was filed in EB2/March 2002 & 45 day letter replied on July 2005. No news so far!!!(In Process from last 6 months).. I see all the 2004 approvals on the forum boards!!..

I just wonder how long it will be before we hear anything........hasn't it been long enough?

Thats great news. I have a 07/03 NJ RIR case pending in DATA REVEIW, and never received a 45 day letter.
Your approval gives me some hope for this case.

After 4.5 years finally

my labor got approved. The website still shows 'IN PROCESS' as it has been for the last 6 months. My lawyer called me and said they received the notice on 12/15.

PD: July, 2002 - VA
PBEC: P-04280-xxxxx

I wanted post the news in this particular thread as I know some of us in this slot are eager/anxious and any news would provide the needed boost/hope. Hang in and it will come through......

My online status changed to CERTIFIED today..
Now the wait starts for the paperwork to arrive..
