NSC-RFEs are tracked here!

Hi Futureride, I do not understand your dates as you posted in your earlier posting.

Here is what you posted,
RD: 11/22/01
ND: 11/27/01
RFE(Edu) sent: 01/24/02
RFE responded: 02/13/02
RFE received: 02/21/02
AD: 03/13/02
EB3 @NSC

what do you mean by RFE received? is that the date NSC received your RFE response? please let me know.

I got RFE from NSC on 2/27, responded to NSC on 3/14.
I sure hope to get approval by the end of this month.
 
Any more RFE\'s approved?

I sent my response on 3/14, but no response yet from AVM!
How long does it take for NSC to update AVM?
Mine was RFE since my lawyers have not included my master\'s degree copy with the application.

i think it takes 2-3 weeks for the approval once thet get
the RFE.that is what i understood from my friends.
if u have any further information please post .

I heard from AVM that they received my reponse for RFE on 3/21.

Can anyone tell me how long is it taking for approvals???
I hope to get approval in 2 weeks!!!!

today i just checked the AVM with one of the LIN that i know
which has been put for RFE.It says that it is taking 60 to 75
days.That is the case it is totally frustrating.i dont know
what to do ,my case the attorney is replying only this week.
if u know some more information please pass it to me.Any information
on this is wellcome.thanks

Hi ani, I also heard the same message from AVM, but if the reason for RFE

is as simple as a missing document (in my case missing Master\'s Degree), it should not take longer.
I hear that usually it takes about 2-3 weeks for approval after they receive the RFE.

Lets hope that they take action on our cases with atleast similar speeds!!!

After filing RFE did INS update the AVM?

Yes, AVM did update after my lawyers sent response to NSC.

AVM, says it will take about 75 days for NSC to send a response.
But I hear that it takes about 3 weeks for decision after you send response to RFE.

My attorney had sent the documents on 03/28/01.i dont know how much time it takes for the ins decision .
my ND10/27/01
   RFE 01/15/02
   Rfe replied 03/28/02
 
2 months - no news yet

My attorney send reply to RFE response feb 1st, INS received reply on 02/06. Does anyone\'s case took morethan this time ?

even my case, the AVM says it is taking 70 days.
my RFE received by INS on 03/30/02.
any information is wellcome

My RFE was regarding education evaluation, mine also says same 70 days but I saw several cases approved with 3 weeks after INS receiving replies. Hope we hear some news very soon..
