PD: Jan 10 2003
Labor approved: Some time in June 2006 but got the letter on 07 July 2006
CA/RIR/EB2

I-140 applied: 19 July 2006
I-140 approved: 03 Aug 2006

Don't know about the I-140 service center. I found this out from the online case status check. Yet to receive the approval by mail.

I-485? Not yet eligible!!! And my company is closing down the site at the end of this year. Four years of wait for nothing :-(
 
Aprroved in June 2006 and got a mail in July 2007 13 months. This is just ridiculous. Can we not sue DOL for this. If I were you, I would definitely consider sueing DOL for making me go through so much mental torture and make me think about my futre stay etc etc. How about other expenses we incur in filing PERM etc. etc. This is just ridiculous.

knowDol, what are you smoking :) I said approved in June 06 (that is sometime in June 2006) and got the letter on 07 July 2006 (that is 7th of July 2006). Must be a long day?

Pasam,

You are better off than I was. my LC approved after 4 1/2 half years before I was forced to switch the company. I am in this GC mess since Sep/2001.

First, congrats for your I140 approval so quickly. Second, check with some competant lawyer. There must be a way for you to use this I140 approval.

Processing times for I-140

I am a little bit confused. I see people here get I-140 approved within a couple of weeks. But the processing times for Nebraska and Texas say February and March 2006. So isn't it on a first come first serve basis? How do you tell when your I-140 will get approved, at least approximately?

I also see on trackitt. com people get approved very fast, within days.

Did you process I140 thru premium processing?
And I don't think you're entering a tunnel now - Now that you've an approved 140, the PD goes with you. So you can join another company and use the old PD. You'd have to do PERM with the new company though. All the best!

What about the processing times? Where do we look for these? Please respond.

April 18th receipt date

Approved today.

processing times

Does anyone have any idea on I-140 EB1 processing times at NSC? I'm seeing all of these rapid EB2/EB3 approvals (well maybe not from NSC), but I'm just sitting here waiting... :( ...coming up to the 60 day mark on my RFE response and nada thing.

Also, does anybody know the impact that having a fingerprint registered on the AFIS system (not for criminal activity, but for security clearence for previous employment with a law enforcement agency) will have on the processing time?

I-140 Filed on Apr 11th 2006 (EB2 && PD: May 10 2005)
Got RFE on July 31st.
Answered RFE on Aug 22nd and approved on AUg 29th

THis I-140 was filed as Future employment and the labor was approved in PERM
