November 03 Filers

Did anyone who has different addresses on I140 and 485 applications got FP notice.

My 140 has Minnesota address and 485(AOS,EAD,AP,FP) applications has Texas(Dallas) address. My ND is 11/04/2003 and did not get FP notice till now. Just wondering if address is related in any way for not getting FP.

I140 is still pending. Got my EAD, AP in 01/2004

What do you mean by FP application


what type of of filing you did? Concurrent or Non Concurrent

looks like you have filed I140 and 485 seperately. in both cases if your address on the application is different from your current address you should update it immediately.

I filed my I140 on Nov 4th and I485 on Nov 17th.
I filled a form for finger prints along with 485, EAD, AP applications. So the address on that form is correct. Only thing with a different address is my 140.

Yes we have same dates, except that I did not get any RFE yet. My location is Michigan. Keep in touch and do post progress on your case.

How did you get you FP done before seheduled date?

My company is als in Michigan.

I just went to INS center on saturday and they agreed for FP.. Me and my wife together....

My 140 was updated on 28th of receipt of RFE then again on 29 then and then agaon on 30th April. But status is same " We received RFE bla bla...

My 485 was also updated on the date 140 RFE was issued by the NCS.

Do you see and changes in lasy update date on your portfolio???

when was your labor filed and when it got approved? Lets see these dates also matches...

Do not worry you should be fine. fP notice is generated based on your 485. If the address on your 485 is in TX then you may receive FP notice from TSC.

I have received FP notice from VSC even though I have filed my cases in NSC.

Just keep your fingures crrossed and wait for FP notice.

I-140/ I485 Concurrent November 07, 03

Guys, did any one of you from Nov 03 are still waiting for I-140.
I received my EAD, but waiting for my I-140 and Advance Parole. The status for my case still says it takes blah blah days for this type of case. Are there any one same like me

My I140 ND is Nov 4th and I485 ND is Nov 20th. EB3, original labour.
I got EAD and AP in Jan. Waiting for I140. No FP till now.

Hopefully we will get 140 approved soon.
 
Yes mine is same date.

I received 140 RFE ( W2 & ability to pay) on 2/27/04. replied on 4/27/04. Waiting for the decision.
FP done on 4/23/04.

EAD/AP approved on 12/23/03.
 
FP notice received today for June 18

I applied for concurrent on Nov. 18, 2003. EAD was approved on Dec. 19, 2003. Online status never changed.
 
140 approved on 5/28

This case has been approved. On May 28, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I guess my 140 is approved..
