Iam starting this thread for Nov filers. October cases are getting processed now, so it might be helpful to start monitoring Nov cases. My ND is 11/04/03.
I haven't received FP till now.

Lets keep this thread alive and monitor NOV cases.

I recived Finger print notice for May 21st yestrday and Notice date April 15th .Still Online message is old Phrase .My I140/485 ND November 28th 2003. Still awaiting for I140 approval.

It seems that we have almost same dates.

140/485 ND is 11/7/2003
EAD & AP Approved on 12/23/2003
RFE on 140 sent on 2/27/2004 ( company ability to pay and W2)
RFE on 140 replied on 4/23/2004
FP notice schedule for 5/8/04
FP done on 4/23/2004 (before the scheduled date).

May i know, where did you get your FP from(which place/city). I was just curious because my FP scheduled date is also 05/08.
