140 Approved

I just recieved e mail saying that my I-140 is approved today. I am very happy to share this information with u all.
No updates on I-485.
Applied for advance parole 1 week back. This may be a trigger--I am not sure.
LUD changed this morning. Got approval mails at 9:00 PM CST.
So the coming 2 days are crucial for 485, if not I will happily wait for the remaining period.

Attached is the Response which i got it from UCSIS for my letter on AC-21.They mentioned clearly , without Approved I-140 , we can't use AC-21.

This really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Sigh... But what is the use of concurrent filing then? Wasn't AC21 all we need? (Well, it might reduce waiting time, but not substantially and not benefitable for a great many applicants.)
