same here in my company, more than 50 people all remanded cases and between may01 and oct 01, some got 45 day with PD may 2001 from PBEC, others still waiting, lawyer does't even bother telling us, until we ask and push to give an answer, forget about getting the 45DL faxed ofcourse... not authorised by employer, i guess...
My details in Signature...

July 2001

EB2/RIR/CA
PD: July 2001
Auto Remanded to state - 6/5/2003 ->non-RIR
45 Day letter - not received :(
BPC: D-05139-xxxxx

I see 05136 has received the 45 day letter, so I think we should be getting soon. In my company too there are around 40 cases in auto-remanded state.

T-number/D-number.

I do not think they are going by FIFO. Hence the T-number/D-number doesn't matter. Those of you who got D-number should have got the 45 days letter.
T-number is given to those who requested for a screenshot for their H1-B extn beyond 6th year.
Looks like it's all RANDOM as of now.
Keep posting the latest updates on this thread.
Thanks.

Thats not true. All the employees that I know off have D numbers and they have not got the 45 day letter.

Received 45 Letter last Week

CA Case

PD 08/2001 RIR
Remanded to State 05/2003 as NON-RIR
Waiting since then.

Last week got an email from lawyer that they received the 45 day letter.

Currently on my 8th Year H1

Thats very good news. Atleast the auto-remanded cases are moving finally. Since you got the 45 day letter, does it mean the the BEC is not asking for traditional recruitment? Or did you convert your application back to RIR after it is was auto-remanded.

Mine is Employer Remanded case. I am not sure if DOL has asked for Traditional Recruitment along with the 45 day notification.

If i here anything from my lawyer, which is very rare, i will let keep the forum informed.

Thanks for opening this thread
