Dallas BEC tracking : Texas cases only

Why are other states getting approved at DBEC?

I have surfed around in this forum at DBEC cases from other states (other than Texas).. and I have seen a few 2004 RIR cases being certified but very few Texas RIR cases being approved.. I wonder what's going on?

Also, I notice that the case #s are higher for earlier cases D- 5221 - xxxxxx for cases in late 2003 / early 2004 and then case # D - 50xxx or D- 51xxxx for 2004 and 2005 cases.. Wonder what's going on there.. ?

This is getting very complex.. :)

Espoir,

Congratulations on LC approval. Finally a TX application has been approved after long time. Hopefully, the rest of us will be getting our LC soon too. Do you happen to know who your Certifying Officer is?

Congratulations from my side as well. Could some one tell me how does one comes to know about their labor certifying officer?

Just emailed my lawyer and my case was approved back to 08-09-2006. For some reason I did not get his email. Have not seen the actual approval yet, need to pay him the rest of the fee...

LC approved?

Today I got a letter from backlog center. It said:

The Department of Labor has made a final determination on your Application
for Empoloyment Certification pursuant to Title , Code of Federal Regulations, Part and as required by the Immigration adn Nationality Act, as amended.
Form ETA 750 has been certified and is enclosed . This certified application
must be attached to the I 140 petiton along with any other required
evidence and filed with the US citizenship and Immigration Service.

there is no ETA 750 attached and they also cc to lawyer.
Does it mean my LC is approved?
My PD is March 10, 2005. EB2 - RIR
