Mine is also June 6th 2002 priority date and RIR. replied to 45 day letter from Phily BPC, 1st week of Jan 2005, nothing yet.

That's what differentiates you from the Dallas BPC. These guys are from Dallas BPC. Was your case filed in CA or some other state? Because as per the DOL's page all the CA cases should go to Dallas BPC.

10K SF DOL (California Cases) have gone to Philly

Received an e-mail from my attorney that my LC has been approved.
PD is August 2002 ; CA-RIR-EB3. replied to 45-day letter in 2nd week of Feb.

you are screwed with 10000 CA applicant whos application sent to philly. We are DOOMED. :mad: :mad: Nothing will come this year. :mad:

That is not true.. Phily also has started approving cases & you guys will get your approvals in line with Dallas.. Couple of months here & there max

Let me know when you get approved. My PD is Dec 2 2002 and 45 DAY letter replied around mar 22 2005. My PD is close to yours.

I'm seeing many approvals with PD after 6/2002. Hmmm, don't know what's going with mine. My PD is 6/2002, RIR, EB3. Seems like random? :(

I just want to share my good news with you all and gave you hope too.

Today, I heard from my lawyer. My LC was finally approved just after 3 years

My PD is 6/17/02
RD is 5/21/03
RIR, EB3
Dallas BEC

Hang in there. Approvals are really coming. Not like they said, until the end of summer

I read Phily is still heavily concentrated on data entry and the approval queue
is just stuck at April , 2001 ?

By the way, i belong to those 'unfortunate' 10K CA cases that went to Phily ;-)
 
Dallas BEC - Non - RIR

Is there any movement in Non-RIR queue .. looks like most of the cases certified belong to RIR.
