I think you have a very good chance of getting an approval notice within a months time.

You dont have to be sorry..Your feedback was needed. I hope you understand what I am trying to achieve here... easily find a place for looking at the latest approval and queue status from the BECs.

In fact, I will take my wife out to the best Italian restaurant in Town the day YOUR LABOR APPROVAL is confirmed by you in this thread...Once you get it, I will know, mine is on the way... the ever optimist that I am .. ;)

An approval from Dallas BEC

From the lawyer, a case filed on April 6th, 2001, TR, CA case, later converted to RIR and received by Regional in Dec, 2003 has been approved by Dallas BEC. Lawyer got the approval notice.

Could you guys please advise me when can I expect my 45-day letter for the following case:

State: Michigan
Type: Non-RIR
PD: May, 2002
Regional: Never made it

I know it's a million dollar question, but I thought you guys can make a projection based on your extensive research.

The general time period for the PD being processing is May and June of 01. On occasion as analysis gets caught up in relation to data entry, the date moves forward (and has moved, on several occasions, into '02), but, with the next batch of mail, it will regress and settles back to the late spring-early summer of '01. FIFO at it's finest.

Zany my man!! Good job on your analysis dude!!

My PD is Dec'02 RIR.I couted number of cases before me, starting from May01, They are around 16.5K cases. Does that make sense if I say my best guess about BEC processing my case will be 16500/180 (cases per day) = 91 days ~ 3months from now ~ Sept'05

PUHRINCE...., I guess 16.5K inlcuded only cases at Dallas BEC(with PDs before or eqauls to Dec'2002)

I got this info from Page 1 in the same thread (Zany's posting).

I think your assumption is off the track. As the list below provided by ZB includes total number of cases , which we can devide in half so one half goes to Dallas and other half is in Philly.
Second assumption of 16.5 cases doesn't have PD's only from 01-02, it has PD's of 03 or 04, like mine of 2003.
As I got 45 day letter in January and answered it immediately. SO My case is already there in RIR que.
So 16.5 includes from 00-04, might be few 05.

Yes. As the document released by DOL/BEC, it clearly states that once the responce to 45 day letter has been received the case is entered in PBLS or appropriate que.
So yes your case is in the que to get analyzed first and then certified by officers.

Your case has not been analyzed yet.

The current cases being analyzed (RIR) have a PD between May 2001 to Feb 2002. The queue moves between these dates...and once they are analyzed , if recommended for approval, they move to the CO queue for certification.

If the analyst find anything wrong in the application, an NOF is issued to the lawyer..

One of my friends whose PD is Feb 3rd 2002 (Australian so does not care) told me that his laywer told him that they got a response to the enquiry sent last month to the Dallas BEC on his case. The lawyer sent an enquiry for a bunch of applications.

The noticable thing on the enquiry was that it said
'At this time this case is in Final Review'


Raydhan, I am expecting an approval on your case soon. Please alert us as soon as you get an approval

August '05 sounds perfect for me except a grace period for a month (just to avoid dissappointment or come out of the shock in case they process earlier :))

Look at the timestamp of this message and you will find out what I mean buddy :D ....

I have the same PD, yet I haven't got my 45-day letter yet. sent an email to BRC yesterday, and keep my finger crossed. :confused:

p.s. I will keep you guys updated as soon as I get any email from them.
