Dallas Backlog Status on SWA Cases

I am starting this thread for SWA cases that never made it to Regional and are now at Dallas BRC.

Please post if you got a 45 day letter for a SWA case that NEVER MADE IT TO REGIONAL, and is now at Dallas Backlog Center.

Let's start collecting info here.

Mine is non-RIR and never made it to regional.

The other threads are too busy and majority of the folks are RIR.

State: MI
PD: 5/22/02
No 45-day letter from Dallas BRC.

My PD and RD is April 2002 EDD letter atleast shows that.

No further information from any source.

No idea where my case is? Can somebody please explain

after state level is it a Regional level or something?

Anotherfootball.. You will get approval soon from SF DOL as They are processing AZ cases with RD 07/2003 currently. You will not get 45 day letter as your case will not got to BEC.

Sorry Guys, I know this thread is for SWA cases but still wanted to clear out this question.

no 45 days letter from BEC but my lawyer said that they did recieve a request for information in Dec 2004.

My case detail:

PD : Aug1, 2001 (RIR)
RD : Jun5 2002
Remanded to state : July 2003
So it's in non-RIR queue and I haven't heard anything from DOL after that.

My case was filed with Michigan SWA in Aug, 2001 under non RIR. Transfered to Dallas BEC in Dec, 2004 ? No 45 day letter yet. Emailed to Dallas BEC in March 2005 and got reply that the case is not yet opened and no case number assigned. Please update the tracker
