Chicago DOL tracking part 7

It\'s taking more than a month and a half for them to update it in their system. I saw a case from my company received in regional office on 12/10/2001. It just should up in the system today. So all we can do is just be patient. They are very slow in updating their system.
 
True, May take more than a month

My case was received by DOL on 11/28/2001, but was not updated till 01/07/2002. Try calling DOL and speaking to somebody.
 
Hard Copy received today

Approved on 1-26-2002, hard copy received today 1-23-2002

CHICAGO: Non-RIR, EB2

Does anyone know how long its taking for Non-RIR, for Chicago. I am trying to get a sense of first hand experience for both SESA & DOL.

Lawyer received the hard copy on 01/28/02

I am back from a week of vacation and I just found out that my lawyer has received my Hard copy.

My other collegues are all IT guys(including me). My company is 100% in strike rate. ALl cases got approved till now.

What do you know about premium processing? Are any of you taking advantage of it?
