Chicago DOL cases sent to BEC.

45 day letter

One more question. I'm thinking that application is transfered to Dallas BEC. In that case how Philli BEC will give me reply with screen shot on my case. I'm confused. Can you please elaborate more.
I will post the details as soon as I get the screen shot.

The answer is pretty simple. They have common central database.
All cases transparently entered there.

Screenshot from Philly has more accurate html format but unfortunately less number of informative fields regarding 45 day letters.

Dallas people just combination on the keyboard ALT+PrintScreen and paste it to the reply for your message. Image looks less accurate but has more interesting fields for your case.

Again: Case database is common it does not matter where to send a request Philly or Dallas, but Philly works faster.

One more thing, send your request from your work address it may help.
