Questions about NOF

I have checked recent lists, it seems all cases from my company are NOF. Does anyone know how difficult for a NOF to get certified? What kind of materials are needed for approval? How long usually takes for DOL to take look at your resent info again? Thanks for advice.

After few days of 100s, 60s, 40s.. DOL seems to slowly, fall back into slumbering 20s...... DOL wakeup please...!

Some thoughts on DOL times

As per Rahul, the inflow of applications per month is 300(on average) and DOL clears 600 applications per month(20 working days * 30 per day) ----> meaning clearing 2 months \'Received\' applications in one month....?

Does anyone can tell how much maximum time it takes for any application to move from MA SESA to DOL?

Its been exactly 4 months since they received my application (RD is Sept 19 2001.) Should I expect it to be in DOL. Will DOL send any acknowledgment after receveing it to my company or to me?

DOL won\'t send any receipt

Four months is not enough if in MA, four more is reasonable. If you have PD, you can check DOL if they got your case. I am afraid it\'s still in state level.
