Boston DOL Region- - I tracker Part II

Is the date shown different from Priority Date

Is the date along with approvals shown different from the Priority Date???

Also is there anyway to check if the application has passed from SESA to Boston DOL???

It did work!
By giving the employer phone number.
Now I have to figure out which one is mine, but that\'s a different story....

Is there any otherway to find out Status of LC application, if You dont know either of the above mentioned things like , case numner, tax id etc.

  why they are picking up cases for screening so random? Is there any special reason behind it? Please, reply!

Questions about SESA and DOL dates. Help!

My lawyer told me they submit my application w/ RIR request in Dec. 7th, 2001. I called them the in begining of this month asking about the PD and case # of my case and being told that they didn\'t receive any response from SESA yet which needs a couple of months to transfer my material to DOL. Since some people said the notice from SESA should be sent to you in the same day as your PD, I suppose to receive mine in last Dec., correct? Did my lawyer lie to me? Need help. Many thanks

It usually doesnt take that long to SESA to provide you with a Case number and Priority date, very likely within a week or two. How does it take for your case to approve is a different story but it doesnt take that long either to move your case from SESA to DOL. Some says it takes few days and some thinks it may take 6 months. I rather hope its the former.
 
Mine went in 4 days

CT SESA cleared my case on 12/10/01 and the RD at DOL is 12/14/01. However, for some cases it takes time, i guess!
 
ANTHRAX factor

Request your lawyer to contact SESA, Because IF YOUR CASE HASE BEEN SEND BY USPS, during that period a big cleaning and precautionary steps were being taken in USPS offices against the spread of Anthrax. Some of the letters/packages have not reached to their destination because of this problem.
   In normal situation CT SESA does not take these many days to send a PD to your lawyer! But be optimistic with your lawyer, and request him to do the inquiry with SESA office whether they have recieved your case or not. I suspect SESA have not even recieved your case!

Only 6 out of the 27 approvals are for I.T professionals????? Boston DOL is really slow!!!
