Spouse Ead Approval

Hi Folks,

I have question. Today I saw a message change for my spouse to say that her EAD is approved and they have ordered the card. However, I don't see any changes to my EAD. My question is that is it possible for her EAD to be approved without Primary petitioners approval?

My RFE was sent because the hospital i work for has the word Union in its title and they wanted to make sure it's not a unionized hospital:)
my details are as follows:
I-140, 485, EAD & AP filed concurrently ND: 02/10/05
Finger print ND: 2/28/05 went on 04/15/05
I-485 processing resumed after FP 4/23/05
EAD and AP approved: 5/17/05
I-140- inquiry 09/05, another inquiry 10/05, (RFE) 11/05, response received 12/07/05, Approved 12/19/05
I-485: LUD 12/19, 12/20...

Mine was a Sub Labor.
Thanks again for all your wonderful wishes. Hope that everyone seeking for approval gets approved soon. No LUD on my 485. Hopeful to see the miracle email from USCIS....

StillAlive.. Same thing with my case too and I just do not know what is happening with it. There was only 1 LUD on my 140 on 9/24 and nothing since then. I hope it’s not sitting on someone's desk under their coffee mug. Following are the details of my case:
LC: OWN-EB2, PD-01/03, AD-09/05
140/I485/EAD/AP:RD-09/16/05;ND-09/21/05
I 140:LUDs:09/24
SELF:
I-485 :LUDs:09/24,10/13,10/14,10/19(Fingerprint Rcvd),11/04

SPOUSE:
I-485 :LUDs:09/24,10/13,10/14,10/31(Fingerprint Rcvd),11/01,11/04,11/09

Here is my case

PD: June 05(PERM filing under EB2; Self: India born; Spouse: Tanzania born)
Labor approved: July 05
EAD/AP/I-140/I-485 concurrent filing: ND: 09/02/05
EAD/AP: Approved for both me and my Spouse in 2-3 weeks
I-140: Approved on 12/6/05

I-485: Self( Primary beneficiary) FP Code 3 on 11/17; Spouse( Derivative beneficiary) FP code 3 on 11/18. LUD with FP recd for Spouse on 12/2/05. Not updated for me yet?? We were supposed to call USCIS ourselves to get FP appointment as per the I-485 receipt. We did not get a separate notice.

I-485: Cross chargeability letter sent in Nov 2005 so that my application is allocated towards Tanzania. Called USCIS to check how will I know if my case is being allocated towards Tanzania. Answer: Your letter may or may not catch up with the file. As of now we have not recd your FP review so call in 60 days.

Question: What is the maximum time it should take for FP recd to appear as LUD?

Thanks for your reply mvn... Again, is that by submitting more exp. letters(counting towards your #of years of experience reqd as mentioned in the LC) with programmer analyst title, you made USCIS to ignore the one with Software Engineer?? Is that how it worked???

Hello A0001

I did applied my I 140 on 6th of dec 2005 and got 2 LUD the first one on Dec 16th and the 2nd one on Dec 18th 2005, but after that nothing came in or changed.

My PD is Dec 6th 2001 and got labor approved on Sep 28th 2005.

I don't know how long will it take or whas the next coming up to me, i hope i get the approval on I 140 with in a month, do you think this is possible.

Please advice

After getting 2 RFE's my 140 got approved ...........AT LAST ......




Now what next my spouse EAD and AP is pending for a long time since september ,should I contact them about it .?

Can u post ur filing dates so that we know the time involved. My case has been filed on Oct-3 but there has been no progress so far.

My I140 was mailed to USCIS around Dec 20th. How do I check LUD? I expect that it will take a week or two for my file to get processed into their system.
 
Not yet lucky

I didn't get lucky yet in regard with my I-140 application. I see many approvals in this month. For me no LUDs after 08/26/2005. My friend got his approved from the same employer around Dec'05 mid.

What is VSC doing with my case? :mad:
Is there any one like me?? :(

You are not alone. I'm not sure why my case is pending for a long time.
