What about after using AP? I am on H4 and I want to keep my H4/H1 status, up to 485 gets approve. If I uses AP to re-enter I'm I going to loose the H4/H1? Can I extend the H4/H1 after coming back?

Hi Max2k1, Thaks for your reply. But nowadays with code 3 (With out 551 stamping)without infopass some people are getting Plastic card. In this type of scenario they can issue green card at any time. Once GC is issued can we renter USA with AP.
