Since USCIS could be processing near mid Jan 2005 by now, let's start tracking I-140/I-485 applied in March 2005. Please post your details.

Yes I'm hoping its a trend for everybody else, but think I was just lucky. I've no idea how they decide to process one before any other

I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 02/14/2005 (address change).

What is your PD?
 
EB-2 National Interest Waiver - didn't need to go through Labor Certification
Don't know PD - just current at time of concurrent application
 
Is it TRUE that USCIS go thru the apps filed much before their published dates so that they can issue RFE if required.

What I meant was is USCIS go though apps with RD later than their published processing dates so that they can issue RFE if required and which will help them
to have all details(Receive RFE response) by the time they reach it (as official processing date)
 
don't know but i got LUD

I got LUD on my 140 on 03/29/05. I don't know the reason. some people are getting LUD's like that. but some people are getting approvals with out any LUD's. God knows what happens............

I am little worried why my case is getting LUD's. Any way i am eagerly waiting to hear approvals of march....................Myne is substitued labour. that is why little worried..........

Let's keep this thread ALIVE. Please post your info. I did FP on 05/07/05.
I had LUD on 05/11/05 without message change. Don't know what it is.
I am not sure when they will update with "FP Received...." message. Looks like recently(after reading messages in the different forums) USCIS is not updating the online messages consistently. Few people got even approvals without message change. Is this the tread that you guys also noticed?.

I saw a posting in 140 forum that one guy got RFE for I-485 case filed on 03/07/05...I guess. Thanks.
 
No FP Notice

Even We have not recieved the FP Notice yet.
Here are my details

485/140/ead/ap: ND April 26 2005
EAD AD: 05/31/2005
AP AD: 05/26/2005
 
probable reason for FP delay

I read somewhere that USCIS is running behind on FP so they are issuing FP documents within 45 days of processing date. So, you should expect your FP paperwork when their processing times for I-485 approaches Mid Jan 05 which will take another month or so... hope things move as fast as its been moving.

My RD is March 9 and ND is march 11 and I was in the same boat until 06/02/05.


CIS sent FP notices on May, 31, 2005 and we recieved them on 06/02/05. My situation corroborates above finding.

Did you had just LUD(no message change) or with FP received message on your 485 cases. I had just LUD(no message change) 4 days after my FP. Thanks
