Its rather ironical that we share similar situations. I had a EB1-OR denied in 2006. My EB2-NIW was approved with PD July 2007 and my I-485 RD is August 2007 and my EB-1EA was approved in TSC in July 2009. Its frustrating to wait for the I-485 to get approved.

I think she is right, I received the same info many times that it cannot be done using phone. I have sent a letter with copies of approved EB1-EA I-140 to NSC. Lets see what happens. Keep me posted.

Hi madmonkey, I have two separate I-485s, one for EA and other for NIW. But since the NIW one is more than two years old, I called the 1-800 number, escalated to IO and he placed a SR for interlinking. Will let you know if it works.

Same here I self E-filed my NIW to TSC on the same date, July 24th 2007 and my case was transferred to NSC on January 31st 2008 alongwith my I-485. So, I guess you are not alone. The question is whether it will be processed with TSC dates or NSC dates? My receipt number is still SRC.
