USPS Postal Delivery scare

Be prepared for this....or did anyone experience this

e-filed I-140 on 07/24/07....sup. docs will be sent to TSC by USPS exp. tom and hopefully delivered on Monday.

But here is the comedy

Supporting documents for efiled I765 and I 131 + mailed I485 were sent yesterday by USPS express mail with old filing fees (just for I485) to TSC PO box address.

Checked the tracking number and it said, note left : Undeliverable!!! Will try again the next business day. If not picked up in 5 days will be returned.

Got scared...called USCIS hotline...as usual... we dont care was replied.

Called USPS...lady routed call to Dallas...they said immigration picks up mail at 5.00am in the morning. So hopefully they will pick it up on Monday morning!!

Sure your employer is not playing games?
This case typically looks like a regular way the USPS and USCIS work.

But if anything more funnier happens I would suspect the employer and lawyer are playing with you.

You should be okay i think anyway.
