    Tax question with H visa

    Hello. I am on a J visa at the moment (J1) and currently pay no tax. Due to the tax treaty with England, if i only stayed for two years on my J visa I didn't have to. If i switch to an H(if i am accepted), will I have to pay my tax back, and if so, will i have to do it straight away. Thanks.
