I am an American. I'm planning to apply for a visa for my foreign born wife. My visa options are IR1 or CR1. I can also apply for a K3.
I want to leave for America as quickly as possible. So, I'd like to apply for the visa that has the shortest processing time. (I can adjust status when I get to America).
