Thanks for the Reply..My I140/485 TSC in Aug 02'2005 as EB2. They thought case is EB3 and kept is aside..Just now My lawyer found out the check is encashed...So I need to wait . Please let me know what is the next step in 485/AP/EID Stage. So that Iam well prepared for the waiting time etc

my friend filled in AUG 20TH from vermont and he got the receipt number get EAD and PAYROLL approved.. Call and track your filling with the lawyer and INS asthey might lost the file or some thing otherwise will go into retrograssion...

When i called for the I485 they were not able to trace the file.As Iam not having the receipt for the I485. wht do you mean by initiate 485 case. We are not able to trace i485 file itself
