    WA DOL progress for non-RIR LC?

    I filed an ordinary LC (not RIR) in Oct 2002 in Seattle WA. The DOL site says WA are still processing April 2001 for non-RIR. How long has it been stuck at this date for? Anyone else in the same situation? I can't believe it has been 18 months and I'm not even at the I140/I485 stage!
