Just checked the uscis website. Some lucky guys' 140 got approved within a week. It is pretty random for the new cases. Anybody's 140 LUD is 5/11? If any, can you tell me whether your case is approved? Thanks.

As far as I know company A can apply LC for you even you do not work at company A.

I believe, according to Tomshu, SF and Philly cases will be processed first and together according to the prioirty date.

Just one curious question, Why are only people in Philly talking about BRC? The California people do not mention it. Is that because we are more optimistic than they?

I have some doubt to the date. My LC is in Philly and it is received on 10/6/2003. I just checked AVM and it is the same old message. Sth. must be wrong with the date. I hope it is just I am too pessimistic. :)
