my I-140 is approved NSC-TSC appied on April 4,2005 approval date May5,2006 Yes texas is on a roll.
Have to wait for long long now to apply for 485

My EB2 case was filed at CSC on Jan 20, 2006, transferred to TSC on Mar 21 and it was just approved yesterday:

This case has been approved. On May 10, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.
 
Just checked the uscis website. Some lucky guys' 140 got approved within a week. It is pretty random for the new cases.

Anybody's 140 LUD is 5/11? If any, can you tell me whether your case is approved?

My wife's AP approved

Hi,

Both my wife's and mine AP got LUD on 5/11. Her case got approved, and my remains for now. I suppose I will get the approval soon.
 
I 131 approved

My I131 was approved today.

The I140 approval rate continues to hover around 50% for each of the EB2 and EB3 categories.

Now waiting for the visa availability.

I got so many LUD, 04/08; 04/28; 05/05; 05/10; 05/11; 05/12
Not a concurrent filing just I-140 filed with VSC on 03/30 (RD) ; 03/31 (ND)

Hi Guys,

Good news for me today. Got email from CRIS (3 emails) and USCIS-CSSO (2 emails).

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
Current Status: This case has been approved

Concurrent file on 02-09-06. Finally got approved today.
 
Congratulatoins khchan. The EB2 I140 approvals are now at 60% and the average approval time for I140 approvals has gone down to 57 days. At this rate we should see fater approvals of I485's as well and a gradual clearing of the retrogression.

There are 1000's 140 filiers waiting to hear from the stupid TSC service center.Those unfortunate people originally filed at CSC during the 2nd and 3rd week of sep'2005. Of course i am one among them.
 
LUD almost everyday since the TSC rec'd it (VSC -> TSC)

Are these folks working on weekends? I see LUD of 5/13/06.

My case moved from VSC to TSC on 5/5. LUDs are 3/23, 5/5, 5/10,5/11,5/12,5/13.

I kept a list of I-140 with the same receipt date of mine. Today I checked the list. about 20 cases got approved with none ref.
 
My Case is CSC to TSC

Hi creative10,

Just a note. My case is actually CSC to TSC.. So.. if you want you can put a note in the latest exel file.

Wish everyone get their I140 soon. Especially those file in late september/Early October last year.
