Hi sf bay area guy
I am sorry, I have checked my previous posts and actually I have replied for my RFE in May 2003 and NOT Nov 2003. I apologize for the confusion.
I checked the online status and I'm approved on Feb 13, 2004.
My sincere thanks to all the people in this forum who have contributed a lot of information.
RFE replied May 2003
Second FP done on Dec 29 .
Thanks Again !
Congrats!
Can you pls tell me when did the INS website get updated after you responded to the RFE.
I got an RFE too on May 19 and responded to that on May 30.
Thanks!
Hi grassisgreen
Congrats!!
Question for you, RFE replied date, May 8th, is that the date INS recieved your RFE or the date you have mailed your RFE?
Also, when did the INS website get updated notifying the reciept of the RFE ?
Pls let me know when you have a moment.
Thanks!!
PS2001,

You are correct, on January 31, 2002 , my FP was recieved by the INS.

Thanks!!

Silly Man, I called the IIO and he seems to agree that my case is pending for a long time....he mentioned that he will assign it to an officer..when I have asked him that it should already have been with an IIO, he said that he is giving too much info and he wanted to end the...
Silly Man, I am tired of asking my lawyer to do the fax Inquiry. INS comes back to us with the same answer, that it is waiting with an officer...
If I call the INS, would it expedite the matter?
Thanks!
