I filed 2 weeks ago. Nothing from the court. Called the federal court - told my complaint is there, no dockets yet, asked - how long it usially takes - answer - NO TIMEFRAME!!!. It can take any time. WTF - you file a lawsuit to speed up - what do you do to speed up the court??!!!

How much is the lawsuit expenses without a lawyer (total - filing fee, etc.)?

I contacted my federal district court and asked clerk for a Civil Pro Se package. Was told there is no such thing and I can use any form but have to "follow the rules", which I have to find out myself. What should I do? Is there a special form/package? V

Not to sound cheap, but if we already paid (waisted) $400+ to naturalize - how much total were your expenses for the law suit WITHOUT a lawyer - filing fees, certified letters, etc? Shouldn't CIS eat those expenses and is there a legal way to make them do it?
