Law suit - expenses

Not to sound cheap, but if we already paid (waisted) $400+ to naturalize - how much total were your expenses for the law suit WITHOUT a lawyer - filing fees, certified letters, etc? Shouldn't CIS eat those expenses and is there a legal way to make them do it?

Hmmm, I somehow doubt that'll fly. Just be happy if you have a lawsuit option to speed up your citizenship - USCIS seem to have slammed that door shut with their current practice of delaying interview until after namecheck.
