    I 90 Replacement of Green Card

    It took me just over three months to get a replacement card: my name was incorrect, but, at least, i did not have to pay the replacement fee since the error on the card was not my fault and I had had a very solid evidence to support that. Postage expenses were kinda high, though. :D Don't ask me...

    How early can I apply for citizenship?

    We did, indeed! :D I have to admit that I erred on the side of caution. When dealing with the USCIS better be safe than sorry, especially considering that many former asylees, including myself waited for more than a decade (or even two in some instances) just to be able to apply for citizenship.
