My WAC-01-281-50XXX IIO told that my back ground checks are received on FEB 27nd. how long will it take to get approved.. i have done my FP on 22nd of FEB

i have accidently entered wrong WAC number while checking AVM.. some of 281\'s got approved way back in November and December... what does this mean... ofcourse i first accidently entered one.. and heard approved. and did same next 2 times.. and they were also approved... i guess 281\'s...

my case details. RD august1 2001 ND sep 12 2001 got EAD,AP. FP done on feb 22nd. WAC-01-281-50XXXX just spoke to IIO, me: are my FP received? IIO: Yes they have received. me: are the backgroud checks done by FBI IIO: yes they are done. me: is my case assigned to officer. IIO...

 

when can we expect these WAC-01-270+ to be rolling... mine is 281.. so little bit eager to know..

do we have to inform INS about the JOB change after 180 day\'s .. i have done my FP and little worried about informng INS about the JOB change, however my LAWYER Insists that we have to inform about the JOB change... will there be any problems..

I have done my FO on Feb 22nd and AVM still say\'s the OLD message any idea how long will it take to change after FP.

Hi, I got laid off 2 months before 180 day rule, I got my EAD and FP notice. However my company did not inform INS about the lay off. will there be any problem approving my I-485 , will i get any obstruction. Can i work on my EAD at present. help me out please. Sam

 

 

this time i got some desi IIO... she was very talking very nice.. she told that everything is going smoothly step by step(i wonder???) she was telling some 90 day shelf something like that... i did not get it.. any way no useful information i guess...

until yesterday it was saying 975 days to some 999 day\'s today it said that they received FP on 02/27 and processing has resumed. does this mean that they started to work on my case.. any ideas PCee,Milli,SonOfIndia... thanks reddysam
