my case details.

RD august1 2001
ND sep 12 2001
got EAD,AP.
FP done on feb 22nd.
WAC-01-281-50XXXX

just spoke to IIO,

me: are my FP received?
IIO: Yes they have received.
me: are the backgroud checks done by FBI
IIO: yes they are done.

me: is my case assigned to officer.
IIO: no it is pending,

she say\'s everything is completed and is pending.

what does this mean...??
how soon can i expect the good news...
 
Who can tell?

My FP was done on 12.12.01 and all FBI/background checks were completed on 01.10.02 (as per IIO). My file is still lying on some shelf (as of last week, as per IIO). People who have done FP after me with higher WAC\'s have got approved.
I think approval is in God\'s hands.
My details: RD 07.25.01
            ND 08.20.01 WAC 01-262-5XXXX
            FP done 12.12.01 AVM message ..December 19th..Pending review.
            As per IIO background checks completed on 01.10.02.
            Case lying on some Goddamned Shelf!!!!!!
 
i agree with you

i guess after all the background check are done..
they are thrown in some goddamned shelf\'s y can\'t they just follow up with that.. since everything is over...

I got the same answer from IIOso many times.

They say, "Everything is done. File is ready for adjudication on shelf". When you ask when the assigning will happen, they say they do not know. What the f#$%^ are these IIO\'s there for then?

Do not know when I will escape from this misery.

Mine was WAC-01-265 and got my approval just 8 days ago. I think your case will be approved any day now. Dont worry about it too much. you are almost there.
