Is your friend a US citizen? Assuming she is a USC, if your friend's husband entered the country illegally, being married to a USC means nothing, even if the USC is pregnant with 8 kids like the octomom.

OP, the board has already confirmed you that "sponsorship" is not something that can be withdrawn at will, specially after the GCs have been approved.
Unless your parents lose the permanent residency status, there is no need to sponsor them again.

how did you get her a work permit? I assume you applied for her when you were an LPR. So did you already file 485 when her pd was current? If that's the case, call uscis customer dissservice number and let them know that you became a usc and they should upgrade her case to IR.

NO, take the receipt, I-130 approval notice, prepare the 485 (incl. 864) and then file it with the court, petitioning to the IJ to grant you LPR status in lieu of deportation. As a standard procedure for any court filing, you will need to serve the other party (USCIS) also.
