PD is not filled in 485 receipts, is this normal? I just got the receipts for June 18 485 filing with NSC. The PD field is left blank somehow though. Is this normal? Thanks.

Any news from MA SESA? The phone system has been changed I tried to call MA SESA to check their monthly update of LC. Their recorded message has been changed. There is no automatic processing time update any more. Does anyone know if they have stopped processing and started packing to send...

Maybe we should all go there and see what they are doing everyday. The way they work is just unacceptable!!!

can we complain? My case was filed as non-RIR in 3/2003. Haven't heard anything yet. It doesn't make sense for them not to do anything for so long. Is there any way for us to complain?

I don't believe SESA is processing July 2003 now I don't believe so. There must be something wrong. If you call MA SESA, you will hear they are processing the non-RIR cases filed between 1/15/03-2/28/03 for now and September. My case was filed last March and I haven't heard anything yet.

how about MA SESA? It seems the date doesn't move at all for either regular or RIR cases in MA SESA since middle of May. Really don't know what they are doing in the last one and half month. All of them took days off? It is so frustrating.
