    Congrats, When was your I-140 Refiled? Congrats, Can you tell us the ND for the refiling of the I-140 based on Labor Substitution ? My case is similar ( salary reduction etc. was refiled on Jan. 29th. ND - Feb 4th 2002. Still no reply

    I-94 Card Lost. Can I get a duplicate issued

    Confirmation from Attorney I spoke to my attorney and tot he local ins official. In I-485 form we need to write as "Lost-filed for replacement" and file a form I-102 ($85 fee). Ususally they are not sticklers ( atleast that\'s what the attorney said.

    No RFE , nothing I haven\'t received any RFE as yet. The message has not change still says " It is taking between 150 and 240 days blah blah blah ..."

    Your understanding is correct A letter needs to pbe provided by the Co. stating that the wages mentioned in the LC will be paid within 18 mos. AFTER the approval of the I-485. I found that from the attorney. However the Co. shoulbe willing to provide that letter.

    Thanks, vault I have a similar situation and coincidentally a very similar PD, similar salary reduction, but ND is Feb 4th. I-140 approved earlier for EB2 but Co. not willing to provide a letter instead filed as, labor substitute and EB3. Got my fingers crossed. Thanks for the info.
