I-94 Lost ? What do I do ?

I have lost my I-94 Card and need to file for I485. ( Have not yet started the process) Does any one know if I can get a duplicate issued, if so where and if not then what other options do I have. Any response is greatly appreciated

You can two things.

1. you can apply for a duplicate i-94 at the local INS office or
2. if you are close to mexican or canadian border you can actually get one there.

I have used both the methods.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Is there a site where I can get a list of the local INS offices. I am in San Francisco.
