Thanks, but we are applying 3years (based on married to US citizen), re-entry was before this 3 years time frame. we did not break residency rule during this 3 years.

we used re entry permit while out of country for more than one year, should we include a copy of it with N-400 application? In the instructions they did not tell anything about , if any re entry permits. Please advice thanks

When you are using 4 years + 1 day , did you use 90 day credit? can we use it?
