    LUD Change without change in message??

    It seems like good news to me. In my case both LUD changed several times, without changing the message, then a RFE showed up in the mail. To me, this means that somebody is at least taking a look at your case. :)

    LUD update

    It really is hard to say. I've seen cases approved without ever changing the online status. Like Prince of jungle says, I would check with FBI to see if they have sent the FP to CIS, but other than that, most probably you would have to wait. Good luck, I hope you get good news soon!

    Photo clarification req

    Head facing to the camera, just regular passport photos. A friend of mine went for passport stamping a couple of weeks ago, the letter said he needed pictures "the old way", he took passport pictures (facing to the camera) and according to him everything went smoothly.

    Change in LUD....what could this mean

    This could mean good news. Well, that is the way it happened on my case. My wife's LUD changed, then a few days later mine, and then we received news in the mail. At least it means someone is actually touching your case. :)

    Guys, there is no need to get harsh. There is a non-immigrant section where people with similar issues on B visas are helping one another. If you go to ImmigrationPortal Forums you'll find a section for non-immigrant visas. I don’t see any problem with people posting in different forums...

    LUD stopped changing! (ND:06/02, FP:09/04)

    LUD on our case changed almost everyday (for my wife and I) for about two weeks. 4 days later after the last change we both received approval letters in the mail. You'll get there!!! Good luck! ;)
