It seems like good news to me. In my case both LUD changed several times, without changing the message, then a RFE showed up in the mail. To me, this means that somebody is at least taking a look at your case. :)

It really is hard to say. I've seen cases approved without ever changing the online status. Like Prince of jungle says, I would check with FBI to see if they have sent the FP to CIS, but other than that, most probably you would have to wait. Good luck, I hope you get good news soon!

Head facing to the camera, just regular passport photos. A friend of mine went for passport stamping a couple of weeks ago, the letter said he needed pictures "the old way", he took passport pictures (facing to the camera) and according to him everything went smoothly.

This could mean good news. Well, that is the way it happened on my case. My wife's LUD changed, then a few days later mine, and then we received news in the mail. At least it means someone is actually touching your case. :)

LUD on our case changed almost everyday (for my wife and I) for about two weeks. 4 days later after the last change we both received approval letters in the mail. You'll get there!!! Good luck! ;)

They aknowledged RFE on Sept 7, the las LUD was on 9/17. My I-140 was approved on 2/04. I filed concurrently. Thanks for all your support!!!

In my case, I received one RFE for I-140, one for my wife's EAD, and one for my I-485, in all of the ocassions both me and my lawyer received copy of the RFE.

I wouldn't say scared of FP, but redoing FP means more work for them, and since they are trying to reduce the backlog, approving before FP expiration saves them some time....I think. Congrats Alfredo!!!!!
