Zero Tolerance Policy Withdrawn

Ref. to Murthy Bulletin this morning, it looks like the Zero Tolerance Policy has been withdrawn internally.

I presume its good news for our 485 club here, and maybe thats one reason why the 3 approvals yesterday too.

Anyone with any more ideas to throw in ?

This is awesome news. I hope that this has some practical application. USCIS (BCIS/INS) management has been telling examiners for 2 years that they would be excoriated for making any mistakes. This is likely to have created a highly conservative culture that is unlikely to change quickly. Especially as the examiners would have legitimate doubts that their management and politico's would stand behind them if they made a mistake. Remember this directive came down from the top, there is likely to be about 6 layers of management, with each layer adding a little bit more arse covering into their direction before it reaches the shop floor

I don't think it will open the flood gates, but I am hopeful that we at least less a lower rate of RFE's.
