Here is what I thought, when your case gets approved is totally depending on when your security check is finished. It is absolutely irrelevant to other cases in which applicants have different names that draw different attention and reaction from FBI.
So I don't think this tracker helps too much but it is a good thing to have anyway.
Anyone is interested in making some moves to push name check/security clearance, I'd like to discuss with you.
My thoughts after doing some reaserch is that routine inqueries would not help to expedite name check. Appeal to lawmaker and even legal actions should be seriously considered if you don't want your case pending for three years, which is not unusual if you've read some threads in this forum .

say Nov 2, many applicants in June/July 04 timeframe aren't seriously complaining about it YET. We crib and grouch once in a while, but then who doesn't ?
It gets scarier when your application gets backlogged more than 8 to 12 months with respect to JIT.
Do you have confirmation from CSC that they are waiting namecheck ? until
you have it, there isn't much point starting a motion to move it.

Sure I did. I called Emergency line. In another thread I said I just made paper inquiry, but it is not because i don't know where i am, it is just because i need to collect evidence to move to next step.
I know my case is not that old. But I don't feel good. The requests sent to NNCP grow so fast from year to year, and responses to Email and letter inquiries take longer and longer. Should I assume the good thing will come automatically in a short period of time? I wouldn't say it is hypocrisy, but it is just not too savvy.

LUD with no mesage change
Just now I've seen a LUD on my 485 with dt 06/13. I wonder what that LUD could be? Spouse's 485 still has the old lud (04/07)..
Has any of you have the similar LUDs?
