I am concurrent filer with ND 09/23/2003 and my immigration sponsored by employer XXX. At the time of filing I was with employer YYY and submitted all copies of my documents(W-2, Paystub, et al) from employer YYY. Now I am directly employed by employer XXX with EAD since 01/01/2004 which is the actual sponsorer. In other words within 90 days of concurrent filing, I joined the sponsor company XXX leaving YYY. Now the nightmare started for me since the EB2 dates are nearing my ND. I assume that I'll have to submit all the current documents from the current employer for any RFE issued for my part.
Will there be any problem if at all any RFE issued on my 140?
At the least should have informed USCIS about my change in employement? Am I shooting my own foot here?

Maybe I haven't had enough caffeine yet today but I'm not sure I see the problem.

Company XXX is your sponsor. They are ready, willing, able to hire you (in fact you are now working for them, but this doesn't matter -- the GC is for a future job).

In the meantime, you can use your EAD to wash toilets at Wal*Mart if you want, or do nothing -- as long as you have a valid sponsor.

Company XXX will handle any RFE's -- it shouldn't matter that you weren't working for them when the process started -- heck, you could even be living in Greenland while waiting for the GC (if you were doing CP -- AOS requires that you be in the US though).

Forget it. It is no issue.

Perhaps something was wrong with my coffee.

You are right ETA-GC and you are fine devadoss. In fact both of you did the correct thing. Have fun.
