I am on an f1 visa and has not violated any law. My uncle pays my tuition,but now has financial problem and can no longer make payment for me. I am a freshmen in a university. My tuition cost is 14000usd/semester. We have made a payment of 7000usd. I was told if my payment is not complete before the bring of next semester which start in 4 weeks from now, i will have to get back to my country which is not an option to me!! (reason best known)and i cant get my transcript to move to another cheaper or community college. I have 3000usd of which i can start at a community college. Will they school have the right to hold my sevis record from been transferred to my new school due to debt?
