Your recent exp. with NSC’s RFE (for dob) response processing time?

Hi

I submitted evidence for my birth place and parenthood for (EB2 case with PD Sep 2001) ) on March 5, 2007.

USCIS web says "You should expect a decision in 60 days".

Based on your experience, does Nebraska center, usually, send a decision in 60 days or takes longer time?

Also, is there a wauy to check if teh FBI name is cleared or not?

I am also in the same situation. I had RFE for BC, Employment Letter and for my wife they needed info on 245i (approved or filed labor copy before April 30, 2001). They got my RFE response on Feb 26 and said it will take 60 days for written response. LUD were on Feb 27, 28 and on March -01. Since then no activity at all. I am waiting for 60 days to pass and then take Info Pass appointment and may be get some info on my case.

Anybody in similar situation or throw some light on this?

it has been 4 months since the "60 days" message

I got the RFE on November 03, 2006 - replied on January 12, 2007 - same message was on LUD " you should expect a written desision within 60 days".
Last LUD is January 13, 2007. Since then - absolutely nothing - no LUDs, no change in the message.

I-485 and I-140 - RD 10 August 2006, ND 29 August 2006
I-140 PP approved in October
EB2 Russia
