It's been 7 days now and this is what I see when I check my passport status. I had applied for my F1 visa and the consulate officer took my passport and told me that I will get my passport next week. Since he took my passport I assumed that I got the F1 VISA. Its almost 7 days and no answer. When I call up VFS they say that the consulate have not submitted the passport. Now I am worried what happened and why my passport is on hold. Has anyone experienced this one..? I am worried, does anybody have a clue..?
