Hi Everyone,

I am writing my profile here.

I did my residency and DNB from India. I did MPH in USA and I also completed my
Internal Medicine residency here.

I have about 5 publications and several posters presented in ACP, ACC and other
meetings.

I got awards of best resident and best teaching from my residency program.

Currently, I working as Hospitalist in a teaching hospital. I need to observe, teach and guide resident and medical student as a part of my job.

Do I have sufficient in my CV that I can qualify of EB 1 EA/OR?

Your CV is excellent for the NIW, pretty good for the EB1.
Though not clearly state the NIW and Eb1 both hinge on your qualifications (you have four: DNB, MD, hopefully Board certification and MPH) ypur clinical skills and your posters and presentations.
You have a very good shot if you hire the right attorney and present yoour definitely outstanding credentials

Thanks for your reply.

I am waiting for my board certification. Can you suggest me some attorney with good success rate of EB1 for medical professionals?

My current employer has already started LC process in EB2 category. Is there any added advantage of NIW (I have to work as internist for 5 years). I want to
start my fellowship sooner.

Hi:
I have a question.
I applied EB2 NIW (INDIA) concurrently in sep. 2005. I-140 approved in three months. Then last month namecheck cleared. Now my employer (University) wants sponsoir for green card. since then no approval. At this point i have a question to this forum. can i appluy directly file only I-485 under EB1, reuestiing relinking the my NIW I-140 approval. is that possible.
Please advise me. i am so tired with green process. thanks all huys and i wish best of luck to you all.

Dear docof india,
It finally boils down to luck! You can try...you might succeed. I applied through NIW with pretty decent credentials and yet was issued RFE. So, all you can do is this: collect all your credentials, get strong reco letters from independents, write a good cover letter and most importantly, PRAY TO GOD OR YOUR SUPERIOR ALMIGHTY and send your application!
