Hello gurus,
I recently responded to RFE genarated on MY 485 case. infact i sent all the documents to my lawer and my attorney says she mailed them on some time early last week. i was tracking my case last update dates last update date changes on 3/21 & on 3/25. i'm sure for 3/21 update my attorney didn't respond but today i noticed 3/25 which is due my rfe response or some background processing. but case staatus still says we sent RFE on on so and so date blah..bllah.
Normally case status should read we received Response to RFE.. but status still says RFE sent thinng.
Now give the above situation is it true INS always updates Messages when they receive Response to RFE. or just some time they don't? Please let me know.
