I am a new member and have tried to send an email as requested
to validate my membership - have tried this two times

it says \'Your mailbox is full\'

the mailbox referred to is the validation mailbox setup at the immigrationportal.com website

It does not refer to my mailbox

but from the info you had posted, i thought it was hotmail reporting that your mailbox was full:
